**Boats cannot be out after dark under any circumstances
**Rental must be picked up within 2 hours of reserved time or rental is forfeited and full amount will be charged
**$50 fee per 30 minutes for late returns
**Customers will be charged for the time reserved. Full days cannot be changed to half days on the day of rental.
**Please note that rates do not include the reimbursement of gas
**No Towing of any kind behind boat is permitted (No Tubing)
**Walkthrough and safety orientation required prior to departure
**$100 deposit is due at time of booking
**7 day cancellation policy Must cancel within 7 days prior of reservation or $100 deposit is forfeited
